CONMED Electrosurgical unit boot problem

This ESU has a problem with booting. When i turn in the machine, it will power up then after few seconds it will go off then on again by itself, on -off on off problem. The supply voltage when in circuit will pull down when off and normal when on in this sequence. Can anybody give me an idea to solve this problem?
