I have a Console Advance DR-ID 300CL version 10.0. Everytime I delete a study in the Output Status > Output Queue, nothing happens. No error or whatsoever. I already have 29 on the queue and I suspect that this is the reason I am unable to send my images to the Synapse server. Also, I can't seem to find the Service Utility. Please help me resolve this one. Thank you
