Continental T30 error flag #14

Anybody familiar with the Continental T30 machine?
I keep on getting an intermittent error flag #14 displayed at the console mostly during a chest exposure. In fact, the original error was #13 and after the x-ray tube was replaced (as recommended by Hologic) it changed to error flag #14.
I don't have the errors description at the moment but if anybody has any ideas, I will post them tomorrow.

KV Unbalance Error Exposure terminated by a KV Unbalance between Cathode And Anode of greater than 6 KVP. Check Cables and Tube. Could be Transformer.

Thank gentlemen for your support. The x-ray tube was replaced without resulst. Hoping to avoid replacing the transformer, I will try the cables first.
