HI. I HAVE A CONTINENTAL TM30 XRAY GENERATOR, CONTROL IS DISPLAYING AT LEAST 5 FLAGS LIKE 64 95 ETC,... I HAVE THE SERVICE MANUAL IT SEEMS A COMUNICATION ERROR BUT DESPITE OF THIS I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S NECESARY TO CHANGE ANY CARD AND WHICH ONE?... ALL ANSWERS MAY HELP ME THX...
Check your +5VDC power supplies, if one is low below 4.85 it will prevent the circuit from powering up and it will interrupt the CAN bus flagging several errors depending on what circuit is not coming up
9 21 1,2 FILAMENT OVERLOAD ERROR
Exposure terminated by 5 consecutive (5ms) filament overload conditions,
actual filament current exceeds filament max (D/A IC10 pin 2). Filament max
set to 110% for filament feedback control and 120% for mA feedback control.
Most likely cause: Incorrect calibration, preheat offset numbers are too
low (can also be too high, this can happen on very low mA settings) See “Filament
Overload & mA Overload Error Detection Circuit” on page 80

Mr. Lenny, I have several errors: First, Invalid data front panelsystem F199 #94 factors will exceed tube heat linit. Only Small focus works. Then (now) both small and large does not work. IT seems to be the NVRAM is gone. Do you have support to have a copy? I also need the service manual. Please help me. If yes, tell me your data.
yes it looks like the battery failed i can send you the service manuals and procedure on how to configure. it would be a lot easier if you had a back up but if not you can always manually configure the system takes longer.

That's good info. I knew Hugh did support on the Bennetts, but I didn't know he also did support on TM generators.
