there a red color push button on the back side of the cabinet, that is for on/off the inverter located just up side the 3 phase wire conection, i think it will be off.

In fact is ON I observed on top of cabinet a DS1 turn ON aparently is feedback interlock. The Main contactor(M3) and M1(Cr) not enabled. Aparently the 24Vac return is not present. But I dont know where start that signal if born on KVC board or Field I/0 Board.
Do you know?Any idea? What do you consider to change?

That 24V comes form the I/O board in the card cage
There is a isolated voltage regulator on that board. It has HDF-2405S marked on it. It is probably bad.
