Good day, I Have a problem when I enter to calibration mode and start it, everything Ok, till I got to shoot at 120 KV. When I Try to shoot, everything on the parameter screen goes to 0, and Can not Caibrate.
Did you get a beam fault?
If not, restart the calibration, when you get to 120kv drop the kvp to 110 and complete the calibration.
You may have gotten a tube arc at 120 but you should have gotten a beam fault If that happened.
Asym error normally points to a high voltage breakdown.
Are you able to shoot small spot, 50kv 50ma .1 sec? if so select large spot, 60kv 100ma, .1 sec if you can get an exposure raise kv to 70.
If you are able to make an exposure to 70 without an error it is very likely you have a tube that is arcing.
I would advise you to call Scott or Laszlo at CXMED.

Hello, I compared the Beam Fault error with the Control X PCX850HF about a month ago. Probably your xray tube is a problem. I do not think you will have a problem after you change the tube.
The beam fault error points to IGBT and or HT transformer overtemp error. I have requested that he measure the overtemp switches and the condition of the opto.
He doesn't have a pcx or milestone HF, He has a Milestone LC so the error is different than the standard Milestone generator.
Did you get your problem resolved? From the error you gave me it looks like you have an overtemp problem.

Give him your serial number and model number of your Milestone LC generator in your support email.
If the generator is under 5 years of age parts should be under warranty. If it is under warranty do not attempt to replace any board components without the authorization from CXMED. Doing so will surely void the warranty on any board.

Yes I got a Beam Fault, also the leds of cap charge error, ASYM And Beam Fault are On. Actually I can make an exposure at any KV

Now I got a beam fault, trying to calibrate, and can't make any exposure, also the leds of cap charge error, ASYM and Beam fault are always On.

Wrong generator, he has a MilestoneLC, error is different than a Milestone. It's not a Asym error it's an overtemp error
