I have a Kodak 950 CR. It is having an error when we insert the cassette into the CR. The error code is 000952-16012. Does anybody know this error and does anyone have a list of the Kodak CR 950 error code

You have a bad pmt A5 board or a mpcu A2 board one malfunctioned .....
16012 - PMT/DAS BOARD A5: Calculation Error occurred during Initialization
16013 - Imaging System contains noise beyond the limit
Description: The value for one or more of the following parameters did not match the specifications when the CR 950 SYSTEM initialized: “Fine or Coarse Offset” or “Fine or Coarse Ratio.”
Cause 1: The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 malfunctioned. Action: Do the checkout for the MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2.
Cause 2: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned. Action: Do the checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5.
