CR Kodak 800 problem

Dear Colleagues!
I have problem in a CR Kodak 800, It give me an error like this : "ERROR : FindFirstUrlCacheEntry - 122" and than stop loading anymore the software Direct view. after it check for several parts of server services it stop loading and give an empty web page and says fail to connect to local host.
Could somebody help me on this issue. Any kind of help is much appreciated.

Long time no hear you.
I have windows related problems in a CR850 (similar to 800) and solve it removing HDD and connecting it in another PC ( With Winxp SO) en running repair tools.

Hi My Friend,
Nice that you found the right solution, please tell me what repair tool yo run to repair the problem, I think my problem is different. Inside a space menu it was a rubric for changing passwords, just I made changes of these passwords, and since there, the Kodak view does not load the final interface to operate the system, it says, cannot find the local host and only an empty web page is showed. Any kind of your help shall be much appreciated.
