5 days since no communication between the cr30x and computer. they do not communicate. CR30x the light flashes red steadily.

If you have cr30x first generation the problem is with firewire comunication, It can be the cable, in worst case your PMI board is damage. You can check this in device manager, If on three devices it shows agfa scanner. If doesnt appears, you should change the PMI board. If your cr30x is second generation check the utp cable. If you have questions let me Know. 👍

What version of your CR30-X - with FireWire or an UTP cable?
