CR30X Error 10754

Dear collegues,
I have a problem with an AGFA CR system. The first problem was that NX workstation was unable to establish communication with digitizer. We have found a bad PMI board and we have replaced it and updated it software from V14-05 to V19.08. The system can now boot properly, all components are chexked at startup and seem that all modules and boards are good.
But approcimately 20s after the inditing light become green, Nx tells that the digitizer is went offline and ask us to check connection. At the same time Error viewer displays error 10754 and ask us to call service.
We have gotten acces into the service client to found meaning of this error and it talk about failing of geo_calibration and Jitter calibration. To check if optic module are seating connected and to clean the scan path with dust brush.
I have done all but the same problem appears. Please help me solving this issue.

Meaning: Geometric and jitter calibration failed.
Reason: Optic module, calibration board, sensor path misadjusted.
Cure: Check proper seating of optic module, clean scan path with dust brush.
