my cr-35x showing error msg in french saying that calibration not done for casette format, it ask to expose the cassette with 75 KV and 12mAs and again after 180° rotation , i done but its says its everexposed , i done again with lower but always the same problem , its working normally but every new exam i need to push the (OK) button after getting the msg.
hope someone can help me with this issue.
i have a backup with the CPF file , if it help me to restore it to working state ill be thankfull if someone shows me how.

You can install the backup that was created when the cr was installed. That should fix the problem
