Can somebody help with fcr prima reader software version 2.5 please. Workstation is not connecting to the reader due to RU software version.

At first of all check LAN cable. Do yuo change Ip adress FCR PC?

Yes all is well and the system can even comunicate with the reader but can not update the RU version and the software can not see the reader
