Dear all,
I have FCR Profect cs Plus (CR-IR363) with IIP FCR application in German. I need to change the FCR app on the IIP to English. Do I need an installation disc to do the change? or is it possible to change the language from within the application itself?

Hi Musonda,
If you need to change the language on the workstation, you can do it from the service utility. But If you need to change it on the reading unit, then you need to reload the application software for it.
