Have you tried to run any of the hardware tests from the console?
x:
etc
cdBIR/hwtest_data
../bin/hwtest
If your missing raw data i would think it's part of the acquisition phase.
try to backup all studies, then erase all so you have a clean hdd, then do scan with not to many slices, and reconstruct image, if nothing happens, then do more slices, i think you have a bad sector on your hard drive, there is no reason for the scan reconstruction to erase the raw data unless you have problem with hard drive...... in some sector .....

February 12, 2012 11:50
Dear friends,
did anybody face with the following error message
on Aquilion 16 slices CT:
*** An error occurred in the reconstruction on sequence.
Code [0x00000006], Dev [0x00020000], Pno [3].
?
It happens sometimes during reconstruction after scan is done and leads to loss of raw data
Any suggestions are appretiated
Alex
