hi every body, I need your help in a ct scanner ge prospeed, when I do warm up apper the error ER 177 XG 102 and 103. the line voltaje is 380 vac in each fase by three . I change all igbts, the rotor control, the xray tube, the HV transformer negative and positive, the configuration of PDU and I have the same error. I am not sure if the dc voltaje of 550 is this voltaje or 700 vdc. because the PDU have 650 vdc aproxx and the other voltajes are down for example the output of 100 I have 90vac.
i change too the PDU.
at this moment I don't know what more can I doo.
if some one have an idea or can help me I appreciate
i am thinking that this ct work only whit 480 vac by fase. thank you

At first : by where the CT came from ?
USA Europe etc?
Usually is supplied from the customer line 3 phases 380v , the line arrive at a big transformer and the outside is 3 phases 110v.

In the meantime i have to say the PDU has many voltage options depending of the origin of the system.
You did not mention that this is a new installation and forum members including me beleived it is a system worked before ok. The errors suggest filament board 15V safe error (102) and CTVRC Fuse blown or overvoltage capacitor failure (103) first clear the voltage problems.

The X value of 1 indicates that the error occurs during "stand-by"
the YY value of 03 indicates over voltage on the capacitors.
This is a CTVRC Shortâcircuit Error: A shortâcircuit (shootâthrough) occurred between the time when the generator closed the safety loop and detecting the correct 550 (or 750) VDC in the generator.
ERROR XG00000102:
The X value still indicates error occurs in "stand-by"
the YY value of 02 indicates 15V_Safe Error. The 15_SAFE is used for drivers for the gate control signal.
You have a 15_SAFE Voltage failure. The power supply voltage for optical devices used in the KV Inverter and CTVRC is out of the specified range (13.5 V - 15.5 V). This is detected after all the generator error status is reset and before all the devices are reset.
Check the LED status on the DCRGS Control Board (DS168 - DS171)

Are you sure the error is er-177?
Normally, ER-117 XG errorxxxxxxxxxxx.
