The system is functioning perfectly. The problem is when we made the shutdown of the system the gantry made the Reset, and stay in ON state. And normaly it need to stay in standby state.
Any one could help me about this??

Yes but sometimes when we shutdown the system, it made a succesfully shutdown and the gantry going to standby ( just a point in the display of the gantry). Other times, when the system is shutting down the gantry made the reset and stay with the fans in max speed and the display all ON (gantry in reset mode).
So in this system the normal its the stanby mode after shutdown the system. Could have us a problem with dip board?? Temperature gantry?? TGpU??

apparently it seems communication between workstation and Gantry is not in okay state.
I would suggest you to check cable connections and renew software installation.

Hello all,

The newer systems stay on they don't need the reset button depressed.
