Dear All ,
I have a problem in a CT GE Pace, the message " X-Ray Zero Detect" appears when trying to warmup, there is a X-Ray for 4-5 seconds of warmup. I checked the 1000V power supply - OK,
Can anybody help ?
You most likely have a bad channel on one of your cam boards. Do a tube warm up series and look into the support display program and set up for HPF. This will plot your offsets and tell you what channel, therefore what cam board, is dead.
I had same problem last year
when you measure 1000 v after disconnecting from dedector you may not be sure
pls check voltage from dedector

Thank you for your support.
I turned on the system to followup with your procedure but the system working with no errors, it seems that the problem is intermittent.
hi Mike i have a problem with a sytec 2000i each time that i do a warmup the system stop and show the error 122 i tried view channels damaged with the support display but when i write the file name SUPRAW1 the console show *FILE NOTHING i test the power supply and is ok
the last study in the disk show many artifacts diagonal and cruize lines please help me
If the problem went away, you either had corrupt calibration files, which happens regularly with YMS, or you have an intermittent cam board and/or DAS power supply. Also, check the power supply on the OBC, I have seen this introduce intermittent errors.
