I have the same error on Sytec 3000 - 0823000E at scan and 08230004 at warm up of ER-001 System error that are not included in the list of errors from the service manual of GE CT Sytec 3000. This errors are generated by OS.
The closest errors are 0819____ and 083A____.
I solved this problem, console had very dirty, dusty, overheats the console internally the thermal protection of fans, test acts, maybe this will help before making the LFC

INFCTL/IMGCTL Error Code – Section 5-2-2 (YY=80, 88)
DMA Error Code – Sections 5-2-5, 5-2-6 (YY=28, A0)
DISPLAY Error Code – Section 5-2-6 (YY=30, 38, 40, 98)
(Refer to Section 5-2, Error Code List, about these Error Codes.)
this error code is normally caused by OS error which a LFC is needed.
