I have problems with a Siemens Somatom Definition AS PHS system. 24V Safety Circuit is closed by LMAS2 computer trough safety relay k701. I managed to move the table trough its service panel and after that, the PHS recovered all mobility and the gantry unblocked. I assume my LMAS2 or my safety relay is giving sporadic problems because even log indicates this warning every time the system is turned on, but now also blocks the entire system. The errors associated are CT_PHS_59, CT_PHS_82, and CT_PHS_79. Thank you

Measure the 24V power supply and make sure its in range. Check for any hospital liquid near the lmas2. U can use the backtrace to check the exact status of umas and lmas.
