Hello ! I'm having a problem with the SIEMENS spirit 2-slice CT machine
After starting the system, the machine gives an error "Failed to start processer"

while the machine is still checking up and taking pictures normally
We need troubleshooting advice for us to fix it

Appears the tube filament cal is being aborted. You can contact Siemens and get a service key. Go to options-local service and enter the string. Last 6 are the password. Once in service select tune up- Getter. This will start a tube cal. If this fails you most likely have a bad tube or HT tank. The error log with the service key will be more detailed. At that point I would Have Siemens take a look.

CT SOMATOM Error Scan Not Possible

Hello,
We are having an issue with a SIEMENS AG-SOMATOM EMOTION 16-Slice CT Scanner.
The problem is that it throws a Fatal Error that says: "No scan possible".
After a restart, the system advises a Monthly check-up. During the check-up, it fails saying: Function "ServAdjFilAdaptAppl.dll" aborted by error.

We would like to obtain more information on what is causing the problem and how we can go about fixing the issue.

At first try to restore backup. If problem will be present you need to check XTA
