Look this is not a real error and you must go to the error log and see the details of the error description. Can u activate the errorlog, there is a button the the keyboard name test and enter into it then you will fine the error log .
If you have a license key expires then you can not see.
Hi, service manuals are a few books and you will spend a long time to find your problem. Would you like to explain more clearly what is your problem. Error -1 in status window can mean a lot.. I expect there is a module which can't start. RACD?, BCU?, MCU? Send me a error log by email and then I try help you. Press key, choose "Error handling utilities" (last options) then "Backup errorlog" then follow the instruction on the screen. (older SW do not use a ID password key)
