The system measures temperature inside the gantry, not in room. Either your chiller, or pump inside the cooling cabinet is not running.

First, check the Heat Exchanger Module. See if it´s running. Inside the module, there is a Board with leds. Check there is NO an ambar led blinking on "error".
Second, check the pressure. If is below of 2 bar, you MUST purge and refill.
If your Heat Exchenger is Water-Water kind type, check the Chiller is working.
Then, check the FANS inside the Gantry. There are 3 fans with thier Heat Exchanger (Two at the botton of the Gantry and one on the right top).
If everything is OK, It could be the fans inside the DMS.
Good luck!

You need to replace the DMS Temperature Sensor.
Shutdown the System Completly.
Open the Gantry front door.
Place the DMS at 12´o clock. (Always CW).
Put the Secure Pin to avoid rotation.
Take out the 5 allen of the DMS Cover (I think are 5mm).
Unplug the 3 cables (1 at the RCOM, 1 at the right of the DMS and the temperature cable sensor at the left).
Gently pull out the DMS Cover.
The sensors al located inside the DMS Cover, so, turn the DMS Cover back, y you will see the boards at the edges (P1 and P2).
Follow back the steps to install everything.
Finally, you can use CANPro to test the Temperature Tables and sensors. If not, just turn everything on and try to warm up.
Good luck!

Ok, you must perform and air calibration. If the problem persist, perform a phantom calibration and a DFS calibration.
All this must correct the ring artifacts and the density problem. If not, do a HCOR.
Good luck!

What configuration of WCS you? Water-water, water-to-air?

-Check that the water pressure is at 2.0 BAR
-Check the operation of the pump.
-What led L7 tab WCC is turned off if it is not try to enable the pump in service to see if it works.
-Check that 3-way valves are working has a 2 in the left side of the gantry and the WCS. > Attention to 550 VDC (try to electrically disconnect the valves and open them manually valves with a hexagonal key if has no knobs)
-Check the operation of the fans behind the radiator in the gantry
-Check that the circuit breakers on the left side of gantry are on (near the MCU board)

contact me after all these checks.
good luck

Hello.
it seems that everything is ok.
For me you can leave disconnected valves 3way and April both for a while and see if the temperatures drop

What WCS has your machine (water-water or water-air)?

Try to measure the temperature of water entering the gantry with a thermometer or touch the tubes with your hands and make sure they are cold

The temperatures that have reported are good with the exception of the DMS, must be between 22/32 ° C

If temperatures drop with the 3-way valve closed (that moves the water) you should not connect again.

expect its positive news
best regards.

Verify that you have correct water pressure to the xray tube gage should be a 2 psi
