hi TEAM CTe, Hispeed
I have a problem quality image not stable, if I make a simple warmup without calibration, I have a cible artefact, I makes then calibration dayli and the artefact disappears, but one hour later, artefact reappears, after recalibration dayly it no artefact.
in addition, I have the aircal drift transistor in red in the small service home.
perhaps this has a report.
Another thing, before reloading a LFW due to nonrecon image, also replaced tube X-ray broken, the aircal drift were green, and I also have since error HINV and NPR error.
I type in a window Shell, hwhinv to remove error inventoty but that resoud nothing. Have ideas to help me. Thank you in advance
You have likely made a mistake in the software load. Also, the fact that you can cal and it is okay for an hour likely means that you did not properly align the Xray tube when it was changed.
Hi,
Did you make all cal include Qcal and all were passed ok? I mean after the replacement of the new tube.
There is two parts in your problem, one could be solved by reloading the software, but regarding the arfifact which you said it appears after one hour of work, I guess this could be related to heat displacment, so I guess you have to pass the Qcal which will make exposures in both cases cols tube and hot tube. If I am in your place, I will start with tube re-alignment before re-install the software.

Reload the software,if not OK, your Detector or DAS may have problem.

Sorry, I forgot to ask, is the artifact appears in all examinations or just head CT Scans?

look likes if the tube become hot there is without artifact, try to heat up the tube before positioning X Ray tube adjustment, maybe
