i have this ct system with follow errors:
Colimator Request Timer Timeup.
11-10F0-03 TGP(MP) did not receive any reply from OGP in response to APERTURE CMD.
11-1010-03 TGP(MP) did not receive any reply from OGP in response to SysConfig CMD.
20-0014-02 OGP did not receive any reply from JEDI in response to SysConfig CMD nor JEDI
Capability Request CMD.
Some body have any idea about, i will appreciate for any techncial help.
Hi, it seems there is no communication between tgp and rotating side of gantry which includes collimator , ogp and zedi.
1. Pls check slipring power 115 v Ac.
2. Pls check/clean slipring .
3. Check if ogp is booted properly and loop led is blinking.
