hello dears,
we are facing a problem with GE CTe single slice, We hope that you can help, all comments are helpfull.
history:
tube was just installed.
after calibrations the system worked quite well. after two days, the system start giving:
-OGP event error detected code is 5
-scan processor communication err code is 2
-axial scan err code is 6
we guested that the problem was the Signal Brush and we renewed them.
situations now:
during the examination thez get the following error:
-Open Safety loop is requested, rotor on/off time out, confirm the XG electric SW is on.
after trying to do scan again they get:
-OGP event error,OGP err code is 5, 3-times Nack detected
-scan processor communication code is 2,ack/Nack time out.
any help is appreciated.

thnx all,
the problem was, there is no good contact of the two pins which connect the OGP and TGP, and the system now is ok.
