Hello all. I have problem auto shutdown application in CTe , no messages error, just NPR error but thatt is not cause. CTe dn't have Transceiver and Receiver gantry, maybe that ?. Can you help me
If its doing an auto shutdown, there has to be an error logged regarding the problem. Usually it says something like "host shutdown by the death of XXX", where XXX is the subsystem that made it shut down.
Did the problem appear just like that? Where you changing parts on system? The NPR error will fail the self test while booting, but you can still boot to applications.
I need more info regarding the issue to help you more.
I load from cold could probably take care of it too. But you have to make sure you have all the SW and backups.

I cuts 2 CT sanner in same room.1 CTe and 1 Hispeed with O2 Computer.
I tested the HARD-DISK system, CPU Board, DRAM of NPRS, all these components function Hispeed very of course. and all the components of Hispeed on CTe always gives an automatic shutdown.
Also, I put the transceiver and receiver of Hiseep on CTe (lacks), I always have a shutdown automatic.
Precision when I launch the START, system comming up > Test NPR (error NPR) I standard STARTUP> the Bar Graf System Starting Progess, But in and progress, normaly the Leds Keyboard it light 2 second and PDU is actived. my situation No LIGHT Keyboard, No PDU Activ just 1 minute later the PDU is actived. > sytem is now ready > Open application AND AUTOMATICALLY SYSTEM SHUTDOWN. First time I think problem software HD drank the HD software work good in Hispeed.
I continues to ckeck maybe Interface in rack NPRM, hardware in Gantry. Perhaps had already this problem or have ideas to help me to find the cause of the problem
Ok. I don't think your NPRs or RAM are the problem. Or the antennas on the gantry. You have something else causing the system to shutdown. If you can stop the system while its booting up (on a pop up screen that says "you have 5 seconds to cancel App startup") and then open a shell or a command window. Type "viewlog" on the screen and it will give you all the error log from the system. That's the best way to start troubleshooting your problem. The system will tell you what is shutting it down.

Today us good day, i was find my problem, for information, one boy was worked in this CT , take any parts for testing other scanner, he was no replaced the parts in good slot, the first probrlem it was Row data dis error, controleur disk data crosing slot ;, after and today i discovery bord NPRs not in good position slot, after replace in first slot , my problem is resolve, no error HINV, No error Raw data disk, no error NPR. booting good keybord good, application good.
for information if you have some time HINV ( Hardware Inventory) you go shell window and you type in promt HWHINV and EXIT for out .

If your CT/e unit doesn't have Transceiver and Receiver, it will cause the problem. Can you send me a picture about the program-running-bar in screen just before shotdown?
Dear LIN DONG; i was resolved my prblem, Problem board NPRS in bad slot. No receiver and transmeter is not cause problem, later for data but is normal.
