Regarding the patches , I could not install them because the system dose not detect the DVD Drive and window shows up to see NO CD ROM FOUND " CHECK CD ROM DRIVE '
Note : only DVD RAM drive is installed on machine and the softwares were installed via it.
SO THIS ERROR IS IN TEST NPR ? LAST TIME I HAVE THIS ERROR? I CHANGE DBBPI BOARD BUT IS NOT THIS BOARD FAILD. I CHANGE PCI BOARD PCIBACKPLANE AND IS OK. THE SYSTEM WAS AUTO SHUTDOWN BEFORE. I HOPE THIS CAN HELP YOU

After loading the application software , BDPCI board is not detected by the application Although it is new .

Either your software is not loaded properly or you have not loaded all of the patches.
