During GE CTe (O2) a LFC software installation process I have 2 error:
1. after partition size is done, a window is shown:
"it appears that a mini root install failed. Either the system is misconfigured or a previous installation failed (continue, fix, reload or abort)
2. At the end of software installation, after Reconfiguring System, Install Option, a message Install Errors it is shown: LFC Errors encountered.
ERROR: cannot open //hw_hardware.cfg: No such file or directory
After that I can start (manual) application software, but as soon It came up it goes to shutdown automatically
This system neither have a SAVE STATE, nor Option software available.

I am in need of CT/e LFC or service manual to reload software. These came with the machine when I bought it from GE in 2007 but I lost/misplaced them. Will you be able to help getting them so that my engineer will be able to fix this machine. Our machine is a CT/e helical single slice with Linux computer.

Thank you, I already install software, but now system star up and then go to shutdown. At the beginning problem problem was NPR test error, but after I install software, when application start go shutdown . Does NPRM have a problem?
NPRM Board (For O2 Computer) is the board inside the computer NEST on the botton of the NEST. You need to check all the LEDs on the Computer. I have all the manuals for this System.
maybe the configuration of NPRM you choosed is wrong. please check the NPRM board is there some NPRS. you need choose the number of NPRS as same as real quantity
what is the console model number & software version you are loading

I think the main factor is bad HDD. other errors can happen but not so crical. please try to label or format the HDD firstly. and if you see same problem, just skip the Partition errors and keep copying software on disk.
most cases caused from the difference of HDD type.

Try a manual load procedure, sometimes the instructions you use are little bit different from the version software you are using.

Check the fuses on the CT. I think there is the problem with hardware. System is checking the hardware during startup. Do you have service manuals?

Some application levels are not compatible with some systems. Could be helpful ask what revision level were runing before.
Additionally, there is CDs for HiSpeed/CTe/ProSpeed, and another different set for Cte/ProSpeed-FII.
