I have a problem with the GE cti hispeed ct scan. When i do a scan, during scanogram the image will appear and you can view it, but when i do the next series image will not come up and you canoot view it. can you help me solve this problem...suggestions and answers are really appreciated..thank you
yeah definitely the images will be deleted dont reload the software first regenerate the database after that go to next step but in both case your images will be wash
If the scan is being completed without any errors but the images are not appearing then the images are probably stuck in recon que (you can confirm that from recon manager)..... try changing your raw data disk and run reconfig program with applications shutdown.. it might solve your problem
how can i change the raw data disk?itry loading the application software but the result is still the same. the images in the next series does not appear. When i also see the error log it says that recon cannot initialize the IG. No more atemptsto to initialize the IG will be done without a restart. error code155325.Recon could not reset IG board error no.13

then i though that cd rom drive has damaged and replaced it but
the system have the same problem, somebody told me that the
mother board in octane has damaged I changed the octane completly
and the ct no change boot OC but when charge apps shut down again
because datect a CUP error i tried reload the opertive system
but I having the same leyend:
Unable to execute Xio (0) Pci (13)scsi (2) cdrom (6) partition (8)
sash 64: media not loaded

I made test_high_speed and show the next:
testing the high-speed disk by creting /raw_data/test_file.1.
Unable to open file /raw_data/test_file.1. aborting
Error # 2949129 errno = 0x2d0009

tried reconfig scanDisk but is not possible the result is picture 2
