I'm needing some help with a GE HiSpeed FXi CT Scanner. I'm getting the following Error Message:
Host: IRIS Proc: Raw Store Error 188415
File: NdbAccess.c Line 299
DASIFN Error: Continuous Bad Raw detected and scan is going to aborted
Check status LED on DASIFN
Host: IRIS Proc: Raw Store Error 188411
File: NdbAccess.c Line 262
[libcall] iotcl(NDB) failed. Bad file number
The error ocurrs in Axial scans, it doesn't ocurr in ScoutView. Also happens in the last warming up scans, I guess when is taking data to update Calibration files. It happens when I run the DAS Data Transfer test, in Axial scans, in Stationary Scans the Test passes OK.
In DASIFN board LED's FECERR and VSIZE are ON after the Error.
I will appreciatte any help or sugestions about this problem.
Thanks and best regards
Please check your RAW DATA HDD, including the quality for its power supply. Check for noises from the HDD, must works fine, very smooth, not scratching... please update me about the soluction.
dear friend
You need to run DAS DATA TRANSFERT in AXIAL and rotating without XRAY ..in this system 90 percent of this error is coming from the RECEIVER at most the case is the RECEIVER module it is located at the right side when you see from the rear.
And also it could be the Transceiver but very rarely..
If you have the error occured on the stationary test data Transfert ...you can use a fiber optic and then by pass the SLIPRING
Any help welcome
Good luck

it could be a RF problem, run check on positions over than 0 and 90 degress, may be a bad antenna coupling

Just for information,
I got the same error message, same symtoms. I solved by adjusting the receiver to get little more signal on the indicator
