I have a problem in a delphi (QDR).
I do not know well this equipment, someone could help me?
When I try to do the test, the equipment turns on and makes the exam, but the front panel to adjust the initial position of the test is not working. What could be wrong?
I checked the ribbon cable that connects the front panel and the board (is at the top, along with the detector).
It seems that the cable is connected. When the key grip, the tension on the pins change.
I made an adjustment procedure in the motors AY and TX.
But still does not enable.
If I use the emergency motiom, everything works.
When I tried to move the arm, using the software, I had a strange message.
"table and arm position outside safe operating limits"
The cable can be broken, or is it a software problem (encoder values beyond expectations)?

try the cable to the control board or the switch at the front panel or the control board.
