I have a devilbiss 525 concentrator that wont stop alarming "low O2". I've changes all the filters but the compressors seem to keep over pressuring. It does the normal startup with the rotary valve cycling quick as it should but then after about 15 minutes the rotary valve slows down and the compressor starts relieving through the manual relief valves. The O2 alarm comes in shortly after. Membranes? rotary valve? something else? Ive checked the hoses and they are all clear. It only does it after the rotary valve slows down. I can turn it off and immediately back on and the process repeats itself.
