I have a DeVilbiss 515KS.
After 15 minutes, when it checks the Oxygen level, the 'low oxygen' lights comes on and it beeps.
I have replaced the PCB, all the filters, the electro valves most of the small hoses - the problem remains.
Can anyone help?
I guess you have checked it with an external O2 sensor...is it putting out 93% or better. If not it sounds like it could be the sieve beds. Could it be the internal O2 sensor.
Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately I don't have an external 02 sensor... they're tough to get in Uganda. I've tried another PCB (and therefore another internal 02 sensor). I've also swapped the sieve beds from another unit. Any other ideas?
Teh Ox Concentrators only provide typ 90-98% O2 @ 5LPM, Typical for that model is 92% at 5LPM. Set Back Pressure to Spec to only produce 5 Liters max. That will generaly allow you what you need.
I have found that the system is fine if the output is set at 3.5 LPM or below. Once we go over 3.5 the 'low oxygen' light comes on.
How do I adjust the Pressure?
