have you verified the Brush function is enabled (see user manual)I had this problem once.

The Brush function is enabled, if I use the values change but they are still big on the total radius...
The system is working fine except this problem.

Dexxum T Radius Total error.

Hello,
I have a problem with a Dexxum T, the Z score for the Radius Total in the forearm scanning is always around 10-12 although the T score is normal.
In the Radius 33, the T and Z scores are normal. And the rest of examinations for the hip and spine are ok.
I changed the detector and also did the re-calibration of the device a couple of times.
Does anyone has any suggestion that could help me fix the problem?
