have problem with a dicom box
it aquire and ping but don't send image to the printer.
when printing a message appear saying the the printer manufacturer is not recognized .

Check to see if you are networked through a Cisco switch. I forget which specific ones I had problems with, but twice I had issues with them in separate instances. Also, verify the spelling and caps on your AE title
