I´m trying to connect and configuring a efilm workstation to a CT SIEMENS EMOTION DUO, and is seems to be done, I can see patients list on workstation, but I can not RETRIEVE any one, status is PENDING, and never get it, as well as I can not VIEW
But I can SEND patients studies from workstation to CT console.
Any idea about this problem?

First, check if you can send studies to efilm manually.
If you can, maybe you didn't configure DICOM node properties and options right under SeSo.
If not, check port and firewalls on eFilm PC.
It's the first idea I have in such case.
You should configure from the CT service menu\dicom general, the DICOM settings of the workstation node. You should check the "retrieve" radio button there. Also you should select the expilicit transfer on DICOM settings.
