162/007 INHIBIT GRID NODE NOT
RESPONDING
Possible causes:
• The CAN cables W503 and/or W504 on the breast
support locking mechanism are either faulty or
badly connected.
• The grid node did not send the heatbeat signal.
Between two motions, the grid node sends a Heartbeat
signal every second to Gantry CPU. If not, the
Gantry CPU creates this error. During lift motion,
the grid node sends an actual value message regularly
in addition to the heartbeat. If not, the Gantry
CPU creates this error.
Proceed as follows:
1. Reboot the system from the X-ray Console.
2. If the problem persists, check the CAN cables
W503 and W504 on the Breast Support Locking
Mechanism Board. If the error persists once you
checked that the connections are fine, the CAN
cable W503 and/or W504 is faulty and must be
changed

hi Francesco,
my Essential only has one working release button for the breast support locking mechanism, is there other way to release this mechanism?
only the left side button is working, the right side is dead.. connector to the board is good. i can only assume the right side cable was picnhed when the support was installed.

Our system shows an error code of ''162007'', anyone knows what the issue is? Thanks in advance.
