hi dear friends
i have Digital Sonoace 5500 ultrasound, it gives display sometime but sometime it does not. i think it is due to the high room temperature. but i dont know what to do. when the temperature is below 20C, it works for 15 to 20 minutes.
Any help will be appreciated.
I would check the power supply outputs first, then I would suspect the video output card. (I am not very familiar with this model and don't have a service manual, so I don't know the correct name for that board.)
An easy test you can do to isolate the problem, if it is not power supply, is to see if you get video outputs from the external monitor and/or printer outputs. If you do, then the monitor is likely the cause. If you can provide an external input to the system monitor, that will give you a way to test it.

ONce the machine warms. Ultrasound machine does not give any output on video output or printer output and sometime it hangs. I mean i can see the picture but the keyboard does not work.
