I have a Dinamap Pro 400. The temperature function does not appear to be working. After removing the probe from the holster, the temp function switches on but the only thing that appears in the temp window is a series of horizontal lines along the top of the window. I made sure I am using the correct probe. I also changed probes to make sure I was not using a defective probe. Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your response. Your reply made me go back and think about something. I am having the same failure on five different units. I verified that the probe I was using was from the manufacture indicated in the manual. I am not sure of the part number since I am not able to see one on the probe. I am going back and take a hard look at this issue. Thanks again.

Still sounds like wrong probe or bad probe

I believe one has a small gray jumper on the rj45 connector and the other doesn't. Pro400 V1 is P/N 088012
V2 is P/N 2008774-001

There are two pro 400's V1 & V2. V1 takes 088012 probe.
V2 takes the 2008774-001 probe.
