I am having an error happen when there is a patient on the table. The error is #349. I do not have documentatin telling me what this problem is, and techsupport said to check the dicom que, then reset the unit. This worked for aoubt 2 patients, but now is a problem again. Now tech support says to fix the problem before using the systme on any more patients.
Any one know what i can do?
It seems that our PACS cooridinator was doing some database restructuring, thus causing some down time or "congested" time on our PACS. I guess this modality is not as forgiving as some others are. Thanks everyone for your help!

It sounds like you have an IT problem. Maybe a slow line and things are timing out.
