We have some problems with our DMR+ Mammography, could anyone please in resolving the problems:
Details:
1. Initial complained was error 158/091
2. However, on getting to the site, another error was found displayed on the screen i.e. f Error S31 unexposed cassette missing
3. But after taking four exposures, the initial reported error message re-appearred again i.e. “error 158/091 lateral collimator failure”
4. Presently the unit does not prepare and does not expose but during the time it was showing S31 it was still exposing partially.
SUMMARY OF REPORT
1, Error 158/091 present on display console during power on.
2, Before now the display was S31 unexposed cassette missing, but presently its 158/091 during power on
Note: The Advance Service Manual indicted, screw for the collimator should be tightened. But this could not be detected.

1 Disable cassette presence, go to medical menu 1--2 casstte presence set to NO.
2 for the 158/091, check the pulley in the lateral motor collimator look for a crack, maybe the screw does not apply force,if this is ok, may be you have a problem in 800pl1 ( the big one on the bottom)

What I should do:
1 Disable cassette presence, go to medical menu 1--2 casstte presence set to NO.
2 for the 158/091, check the pulley in the lateral motor collimator look for a crack, maybe the screw does not apply force,if this is ok, may be you have a problem in 800pl1 ( the big one on the bottom)

Usually a Collimatior motor or position sensort
Could also be tube head board
Or connection
