Hi all, I have the E03 Rotot Failure 017/003, we have change:
1. Anode starter board
2. Generator command board
3. Generator interface board
4. Xray Tube
We also swapped/exchanged gantry and generator cpu boards and their programmed memories.
We measured 20ohms on each rotor conector.

5.15vdc
+12vdc
-12 vdc
240Ac
Rotor/tube cable unbroken...
Any help? Please Im crazy
Is there a way I can troubleshoot before changing it agai?
Voltages are +5.15+ 11.89 -12.14
From anode starter board I measure 4amps at each stator terminal...there is a high voltage at the begining and then it goes to 4amps and increases very slowly to 4.2 4.5..
I have 2325550-RV2 V6.22 cpu board.
I did not find D29 on 200pl1...it goes til D18.
Signal at TP44 is 4.75vdc when I press the first triger. On service the and without autotest the tube rotates at 6000rpm and 9000rpm...

Lenny is right. It's the 400PL1 that detects the 3phase from the tube stator currents.

With 5V at TP44, LED DS5 on 400PL1 should be on when trigger 1 is pressed which is Rotation Presence (TP 32) on 400PL2.
