hello
I have a mindray dp6600 and the up-897md printer was damaged, I have a up-d897 printer, however I'm having issues using it. its a usb printer and I was under the impression that it was just plug and play but I'm stuck. trying to print gives me a "please wait" screen, and the machine is basically frozen. help!

If your Mindray DP6600 has been using the Analog (BNC) version of the UP-897MD series printer, the Digital (USB) version will not work. If both printers are Digital (USB)then it may be another issue. Call me at 1-800-228-3343 ext. 231, perhaps our technician can help you identify the problem and perhaps walk you through it
