Brasil is very far from Greece to help you but the trooble you discrabe is very deficult to be indentified.
1)First of all the error message must be.
"An error has ocurred. Refer to Apendix I."
The apendix I tell you: "Call lunar authorized personel" or something like that.
2)Secondly do you know if only it apears in the scan or even in the QA Tests (daily tests)?
3)Is there any other error message before this, mostly "15-4, transverse mechanics".
4)Is the scanned image ok or it has problems.
As soon as you send me the above information I will tell how you will proceed.

Is this a bone density machine? If so, please be a little more specific on the exact error and I might be able to help you.
