Please send me a QA test and some symptoms.
Sparks on scans, blinking x-ray light, verion of your software etc.
Please also send me your location and your specialty.
Hello Alexander thank you for answer,I am sorry for delay on answer, because I didnt know how read again your answer on dot med.
It is DPX -IQ VER 4.7e I was working on aligment I get good counts but even that send me a flag (TRUE AIR RATIO DEVIATES FROM EXPECTED) and tissue value and colimation ratio always fails. Some happen with printer i coudent print complete reports, but I goint to relod driver to printer and send you an QA and hope you can help me.
According to your email it would be better to ensure that the shutter is ok and the alignment is correct.
There is no need of drivers for the printer. The 4.7e is dos oriented and specific drivers are embodied to the software. So you need a specific printer.
You can find the embodied drivers by pressing F7, F1 and going with arrows to port1 printer.
Today fix machine,in fact was related with aligment and adjust a litlle shutter to avoid colimation ratio fail. I have a QA complete and evrything pass.
Thank you again for your comments and help.
Sincerly
Eduardo Medina
The peak is dependant on the adjustment of R43 on the SBC at test point 18. Normally this voltage is around .5 to .8 vdc. In normal operational use it is compared to previous QA data for determination of Pass/Fail and must be within 50 units. It can be adjusted in diagnostics but is generally not the same value when in normal operating mode. R43 gets noisy internally and turning it from limit to limit will sometimes solve this problem.
