Looking for someone who knows Trixell detector with InfiMed DR software. Our tech is having a problem calibrating and reducing background noise and artifacts on a Del U arm (Sedecal with CPI generator) system.

I do not know the Infimed sw but trixel detector Systems usually come with their own calibration we installed. It is called PixRadDemo & is easy to use. Check for any Thales software installed on the computer.
Yes that's correct. Older detectors have ~ 20 minute dark calibration followed by calibration with X-rays at increasing dose's, newer detectors have only more dependant gain calibration with X-rays followed by defect map calibration.
