Several things can be wrong. First, did it pass the Leak and Compliance test? Make sure all your connections are tight, check the roller diaphragm for cuts or holes, do a leak test of the vacumn system, then check both diaphrams again.
The last time I had this problem, it was causing the leaks. Performs the leak test and verifies the leakage of the system to the patient circuit. I hope you will solve the problem. Good to you
