We are a government agency on technical maintenance from Fuji, Fuji has proposed, with a view to more efficient control of the supplied film, to update the software from v1.0 to 2.0. At the time of the update, we purchased DL-HL films for several years in the next year. Some time after the program was updated, the bar code stopped reading, you can not change the number of films in the tray (accidentally reset the counter to 0 when the tray is full). After that, engineer Fuji said that after the program was updated, after the third pack, the printer should refuse to work with this film, advised to write a letter to Fuji. Fuji said that we need to check the film suppliers. We received the film in several batches from 2015. Recode the existing film fuji refuses, to return the version of the program to 1.0 refuses, because We need to reprogram our 4-re printers c with the complete destruction of the previous program, it's difficult. Here is our technical maintenance of Fuji. I would be grateful if you can tell me where to get v 1.0 for DryPix 4000. Maybe, I'll have to try and restore the work of printers myself.

The hard disk of fujifilm drypix 4000 is damaged. I am trying to install an operating system on the new hard disk (win xp and posready2009) but without any success.

Hi! you need contact with Fuji and change your films. Or you need reinstal SW to 1.0 version. Why you update your system?
