Hi every body,
we have a drystar2000; after power up, the system initialise but stick at Load Ribbon. we don't have service manual of this system. i hope that any of you has experience with this system.

well, I did what you said but not thing has changed. still stuck at "daystar status Load ribbon"
we don't have the service manual. can you help in that?

may you please tell me why do I need the Ribbon because the films used are TM 1 B (8 x 10")?!!
and when I take the film out the message change to fill the film.
do you think there is a problem of stetting the system to work with those films?

Turn it off, dissaemble to gain acces to HDD, take it out and shake and bump a coulpe of times. Re install and try again. Often the HDD get stuck
