i need service manual from dryview 5850 and 6800.
does any one have it.
i have service manual from fuji product and i can change it

U can't log in via web service portal software like SA...U can do it only with a Secure Link... For that action, U must to have PC with Secure Link service software installed and a valid certificate for log in. After connecting the service PC and DV5850, U can reset all passwords with SA privileges.
Or, the other option to get the default passwords is to reinstall the software on the printer.
